About Gingersnaps Bows

Hey Everyone! I’m Sarah Nemitz, owner and chief creative of Gingersnaps Bows. When I’m not busy making the world just a little bit cuter, I volunteer with a local Cub Scout Pack, serve as a member of my local school board, train for road races and triathlons, and manage the family chaos (created by myself, my husband and our three kids). I love coffee, all things Bravo!, reading, plantain chips, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

I make all of our bows by hand at our home in Pennsylvania. I try to keep up with what the kids are into and take inspiration from pop culture while maintaining a clean, classic style. Looking for something specific that you don’t see on the site? Contact us to talk about a custom order!

The Inspiration for Our Bows

Gingersnaps Bows was born when I gave birth to Audrey in 2013. She was born with a LOT of hair (and yes, I had the heartburn to match). I started making clips and bows for her, then made them for friends, and eventually launched a small Facebook business in 2016. I love creating items for girls that turn even their everyday events into something special.

Appreciation

Special thanks to these local business owners for helping Gingersnaps Bows get off the ground looking professional and cute.

We highly recommend them!
