Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your Gingersnaps Bows products!

Once an order is placed it is non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before ordering to make sure you have chosen any color or clip choices correctly, that your quantities are correct, and that any discount codes have applied to your order before purchasing.

The initial cost of shipping is non-refundable in all circumstances. If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion, the price of shipping will be deducted from any possible return.

If you are unhappy with a piece you have received, please email us at info@gingersnapsbows.com and we’ll work together to find a solution. Pieces may be returned within 30 days of the order date to:

Returns must be in unused condition and in the state you received them. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Gingersnaps Bows is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Custom orders are not eligible for return, as we will have talked through the piece and received approvals during the design and production phases.
